Description
You are invited by University of Exeter, acting on behalf of itself, to Tender for admission to a Framework Agreement for the provision of Network Cabling Services in accordance with this Invitation To Tender (ITT). The University intends to award the resulting Framework Agreement to upto 3 Suppliers for a period of 4 years.
Award Criteria
| Organisation Capacity | Based on our indicative requirements (e.g. 600-800 est. AP’s Yr1) for Out of Hours Network Cabling Services, please provide details of available resources capable of supporting these requirements |
| Flexibility | In addition to the requirement to deliver the services Out of Hours the University is seeking suppliers who can be responsive to windows of opportunity to perform the services (holiday periods, as part of wider refurbishment activities, as vacant spaces arise). Supplier to provide evidence of ability to respond and to be able to support multiple install activities |
| Testing and Documentation | Testing & Documentation In respect to testing, please provide details of your; • testing capability • relevant test equipment • calibration and certification process. In the event that a test fails, please provide details of your remedial action / re-test process. In respect to documentation, please provide details of • Risk Assessment and Method Statement documentation • Handover / Sign Off documentation include key contacts . |
