Description

The aim of the service is to provide a Therapeutic Pathway for 14-24 (inclusive) year olds to offer mild-moderate emotional wellbeing and mental health support for young people. Evidence based support may include emotional wellbeing and mental health advice, Youth Work and Counselling. Essential to deliver 'drop-in' based support via several locally based hubs. The contract period will be for an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for up to a further two years, commencing 1st April 2024. The contract value is £1,450,000 per annum. (This procurement was originally published under the reference 2023/S 000-016626 but by our agents NHS Arden and GEM CSU so we are unable to reference this using the FTS system.)

Legal Justification

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract modification notice, under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act Regulations 2024 do not apply to this award. This contract has been formally modified. Triple lock approval given by ICB and NHS England 14th March 2025. Approved by ICB Executive Director of Finance and Contracts. No conflicts of interest were declared.
