Description

The service includes a range of integrated referral management, diagnostic and elective care and treatment services within community settings across a broad range of specialties. It includes a strong emphasis on local collaborations and integrated care pathways, with a focus on patient satisfaction, clinical governance and meeting local health care needs. There is a strong commitment to improve healthcare for all the people of LLR, with services being delivered as close to home as possible. The original contract was for 3 months with the possibility of extending for a further 6 months. The contract was awarded via PSR's Direct Award Process C. The approximate indicative lifetime value of the contract was £12.45m (for the 3-month contract plus the 6-month extension). This notice is for the 6-month extension.

The modification is clearly and unambiguously provided for in the contract or framework agreement documents, as per PSR's Regulation 13 (1)(a).
