Description

Cottage Farm is Supported living for adults with a learning disability and/or autism who have been identified as having exceptional housing needs, this procurement is to provide the care staff for this site. The Cottage Farm specialist supported housing scheme will provide a home outside hospital for individuals with a learning disability/ autistic individuals who require exceptional housing and who are currently protracted stay inpatients.

Total Quantity or Scope

This notice is an intention to award a contract based on a framework agreement under the competitive process; and The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £5,064,888 This is a new service with an existing provider. The contract is estimated to commence 1st July 2027 and end 30th June 2030 with the option to extend for a further 2 years.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by midnight 11th of March 2026. Representations can only be made by providers party to the framework agreement. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.'
