Cottage Farm is Supported living for adults with a learning disability and/or autism who have been identified as having exceptional housing needs, this procurement is to provide the care staff for this site. The Cottage Farm specialist supported housing scheme will provide a home outside hospital for individuals with a learning disability/ autistic individuals who require exceptional housing and who are currently protracted stay inpatients.

'This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using the competitive process based on a framework agreement.' This call off has been made within the F13401 Learning Disabilities & Autism Supported Living Provision Framework. The contract was awarded on the 19th February 2026 and is estimated to commence 1st July 2027 until 30th June 2030 with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £8,441,481 No Conflicts of Interest were declared by those individuals making the decision
