Tenders were invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers appointed to the YPO Framework Agreement Ref: 1199 - Removals, Recycling, Storage and Associated Services: with relevant experience and ability for the Removals and Storage Services (the "Services") as detailed in the Further Competition documents. Total Quantity or Scope

The Contract scope includes but is not limited to: ▪ Small, medium and large varied moves ▪ Crate hire and additional packing materials/services. ▪ Planned or unplanned (reactive) moves including out-of-hour services. ▪ Emergency callouts. ▪ Project Management. ▪ Dismantling and reassembly of equipment and /or furniture. ▪ Disposal of confidential waste. ▪ Environmental and or specialist disposal/recycling of surplus. furniture and equipment. ▪ Temporary Storage. ▪ Off-site managed secure storage. ▪ IT competence - basic disconnection. The initial Contract term is for 24 months with the option to extend this twice up to a maximum term of 48 months.
