NHS South West London Integrated Care Board (NHS SWL ICB) is seeking to appoint a provider for the Provision of Ophthalmology Services across the whole of South West London namely the six boroughs of Richmond, Kingston, Merton, Wandsworth, Sutton and Croydon. There are two key elements in this ophthalmology pathway for which NHS SWL ICB is looking to commission an appropriate provider(s); Lot 1 - A Community Eyecare Service to manage and deliver minor eyecare services in community and primary care optometry, and Lot 2 - A Secondary Care Single Point of Referral Management System.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The contract for Lot 2 - A Secondary Care Single Point of Referral Management System (SPoR) has now been formally awarded using the competitive process. The contract was awarded on 12 February 2026 following completion of the Standstill period for the service. The estimated value of the contract over the entire term of the contract is £2,100,000. There were no conflicts of interest from individuals making the decision.
