Description

HealthTrust Europe LLP are Supply of Independent Living Products and Services 2026 is a multi-source Framework with multi-tiered pricing. The Term of the the first Framework in the scheme of Frameworks shall be 2 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months. The products and services included within this framework will be split into the lots as follows: Lot 1 – Equipment Lot 2 – Community Loan Store Managed Services Lot 3 - Aggregate Lot Lot A – Technology Enabled Care – this lot is specifically for use by non-NHS organisations only

The requirement of this lot is to provide equipment and aids that are designed to make everyday activities easier and safer and the equipment within this lot is designed to create a more accessible space and make it easier and safer for individuals to move around and do everyday tasks independently.

2 Community Loan Store Managed Services
  • Value: £275M

The requirement of this lot is the provision of Managed Services within a Community Equipment Loan Store to help people stay independent at home and reduce the need for hospital or care home admissions and aid prompt discharge of patients The Successful Tenderer(s) is to operate a Managed Service within a Community Equipment Loan Store for both adults and/or children. The Managed Service may include the procurement, storage, supply, fitting, distribution, repair, collection, recycling, servicing and minor adaptations of equipment.

3 Aggregated Lot
  • Value: £125M

This lot permits the Participating Authority to tailor bespoke products and service specification to accommodate their requirements and contractually commit in advance to purchasing a specified value and/or volume of their requirements. Under this Lot the Participating Authority will define their requirement for products and/or services which can be in any combination of more than one Lot of the Framework Agreement.

Award Criteria
All Successful Tenderers will be automatically awarded to this Lot. The procurement exercise will be open to all awarded suppliers. _
4 Technology Enabled Care
  • Value: £50M

The requirement of this lot is to provide technology enabled care devices, services and software for Participating Authority and individuals who could be vulnerable at home. For example, individuals who are at risk of falling or have memory impairment, to ensure their safety The products include within this lot, include but are not limited to: Preventative care - remote monitoring devices, virtual consultations, wearables Ongoing monitoring care - health monitoring devices, smart home technologies, health and wellness apps/software's Rehabilitation care - virtual physiotherapy programs, assistive technology services, VR therapy Emergency care – personal alarms that can alert caregivers or emergency services in case of a fall or other emergencies or sensors that detect smoke, gas leaks, or unusual activity patterns, ensuring safety and timely intervention.
