General Track Labour Framework

This is a framework agreement with three suppliers to provide labour for the delivery of track maintenance for London Underground and other TfL modes, subject to provisions of the contract. This framework is tendered as lot 1a under the Track Works and Resources procurement.

Total Quantity or Scope

The framework is being awarded to three suppliers. Initially, the awarded suppliers will be provided with an indicative forecast of the resource requirements for each year for a review and discussion. This will be followed by a baseline resource programme with confirmed resource requirements, updated every four weeks to allow suppliers effective resource planning. Over the first year, allocation of the Baseline scope will be equally split between the three suppliers; from the second year onwards, allocation will be based on the supplier's performance over the previous year with ranks allocated to each supplier.
