Description
The framework is for the provision of environmental and water resources services to support Yorkshire Water's operational and capital programmes. Services include multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy, aquatic and terrestrial assessments, water resources planning, groundwater services, and catchment management and engagement. The framework will support regulatory compliance, environmental sustainability objectives, and efficient management of water resources across the Yorkshire Water region.

| 2 | Aquatic Assessment Field-based: including but not limited to fisheries, macrophytes/diatoms, macroinvertebrates, habitat/morphology, fish tagging, INNS, eDNA and physico-chemical water quality. Desk-based: including monitoring/survey reports, impact assessments, options appraisals, R&D, programme design and stakeholder reports/presentations. |

| 4 | Specialist Water Resources Perform water resource modelling using PyWR, rainfall-runoff modelling using GR6J, hydrological assessments, and climate scenario analysis. Household and non-household demand forecasting. Provide strategic and technical direction, assurance, and decision-making support. |
| 5 | Groundwater Conduct desk and field-based investigations, including test pumping, geochemistry, and pollutant analysis. Provide sampling services and hydrogeological advice. |
| 6 | Catchment Management and Engagement Facilitate land-use changes, collaborate with academia and agronomy sectors, and provide GIS mapping and reporting. Promote thirdparty funding and grants. |

Renewal Options
The framework agreement will have an initial term of five (5) years. Yorkshire Water reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the framework for a further period of up to five (5) years, in whole or in part. Any extension will be subject to satisfactory supplier performance and ongoing business requirements.
