This is a PSR 2023 Direct Award Process C Intention to Award Notice. North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board intend to award a contract under PSR 2023 Direct Award Process C for continued services being provided by two existing providers who are both providing a satisfactory service. The lifetime values of each contract are listed below: Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees - North Tees £1,420,536.39 Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland - South Tees £1,420,536.39 Each contract is for 13 April 2026 - 31 March 2027. Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) are designed to support mental health and wellbeing of children and young people (CYP) in and around schools and colleges. This is a PSR 2023 Direct Award Process C Intention to Award Notice. North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board intend to award a contract under PSR 2023 Direct Award Process C for continued services being provided by an existing provider who are providing a satisfactory service. The lifetime value of the contract is £1,420,536.39 and the contract is for 13 April 2026 - 31 March 2027.

Award Decision approved by: NENC ICB Executive Committee 13/01/2026 As part of the DAP C process, the PSR 2023 5 Key Criteria were considered and evidence was gathered to confirm the existing provider and existing service align with the criteria and will continue to provide a satisfactory contract/service for service users. Conflicts of Interests were monitored during the DAP C process and no conflicts of interest were raised for management.
