This is a PSR 2023 Direct Award Process C Intention to Award Notice. North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board intend to award a contract under PSR 2023 Direct Award Process C for continued services being provided by two existing providers who are both providing a satisfactory service. The lifetime values of each contract are listed below: Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees - North Tees £1,420,536.39 Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland - South Tees £1,420,536.39 Each contract is for 13 April 2026 - 31 March 2027. Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) are designed to support mental health and wellbeing of children and young people (CYP) in and around schools and colleges.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using Direct Award Process C following the now closed standstill period. Contract award date 14/04/2026. Contract values: Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees - North Tees £1,420,536.39 Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland - South Tees £1,420,536.39 No representations were raised during the standstill period.
