Description

The provision of weather forecasting, bureau and associated services to East Lothian, Midlothian, West Lothian, Scottish Borders, The City of Edinburgh and Fife Councils (Edinburgh, Lothians, Borders and Fife: ELBF Forum - Collaboration and Shared Services between Councils). The weather forecasting service provides routine meteorological reporting, severe weather alerts, and specialist forecasting to support operational planning and daily action during the Winter period.

Total Quantity or Scope

The Council Consortium comprising East Lothian, Fife Council, Midlothian, Scottish Borders, The City of Edinburgh and West Lothian Councils herein referred to as ‘the Consortium Members’, seeks the provision of Weather Forecasting and Related Services in accordance with the Service Requirements that includes the following; Weather Forecasting and Associated Services Web Access Package Bureau Service Roadside Weather Station Maintenance Training Development and Innovation Provision of Mobile Tablet Devices Supply & installation of Outstation Cameras (where required)
