This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) notice that this provider selection process has been abandoned and a contract has not been awarded. This process has been abandoned under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply. The Authority is now exploring the option of running a competitive process under the Provider Selection Regime. Should this process be applied, the relevant notice will be issued on Find a Tender and the procurement will be run via the Authority's e-tender portal, YORtender https://yortender.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=YORTENDER
