Description

NHS Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board have awarded a contract to East Staffs Primary Care Network for the Provision of APMS Services at Gordon Street Surgery following a robust Competitive Process.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to confirmation of contract award notice. The awarding of this This contract is subject to has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by 2400hrs on 23rd December 2025. Corporate Governance. The criteria were weighted and prioritised based on final decision following the needs review of the service.The preferred provider scored a pass on all of representations was to enter into the Pass / Fail questions within contract as intended after the Basic Selection Criteria. The preferred provider also scored the highest overall for the Key Criteria Questions against the published scoring criteria (as set out at paragraph 27.3.2 of the 'Document 1 - Competitive Process – Overview standstill period and Instructions'). was approved by the Primary Care Forum chaired by Interim Chief Medical Officer, NHS Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent ICB.
