This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) contract notice; the award of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award, except where adopted by PSR Bids must be submitted electronically via the ProContract London Tenders Portal https://www.londontenders.org/. Appendices D through J and Appendices 1 through 6 must be completed in accordance with the guidelines provided in each document and the instructions set out in Appendix A. The key selection criteria are weighted as follows: 60% Quality, 10% Social Value, and 30% Price. All bidders will have to pass the Basic selection criteria and conditions of the participation stage to advance to the key selection criteria evaluation stage.
