Description
Intention to Award Notice Provision of a Homeless Healthcare Navigator. Healthcare Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 - Direct Award Process C.
Total Quantity or Scope
The Homeless Health Hub, which consists of the homeless health nursing team and the homeless link workers , is a nurse-led service for people who are homeless and disadvantaged within Blackpool. The nursing service provides clinics, ad hoc wound clinics and in a range of outreach locations. It is the attention to award a contract an existing provider following PSR direct award process C. It is anticipated that the duration of the contract will be from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027 (with the ability to extend for up to 1+1+1+1 years subject to satisfactory contract review and budget availability) The lifetime value of the contract is estimated to be £220,700

Legal Justification
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or The Procurement Act 23 do not apply to this award. Representations by providers must be made to the authority by midnight on the 20th July 2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR.
