Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and associated managed services.

Total Quantity or Scope

Provision of cloud‑based Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and associated managed services to support the organisation's core IT systems. The contract covers the supply, operation and management of secure, scalable hosting environments, including compute, storage, networking, monitoring, backup, disaster recovery capability and service management functions. The supplier will provide ongoing technical support, incident management, performance optimisation and compliance with relevant security and data protection standards. The services are required to ensure resilient, high‑availability hosting for business‑critical applications and to enable future scalability in line with organisational needs.

The call‑off contract may be extended for an additional period of up to 12 months, subject to continued need and satisfactory performance.

Legal Justification
