Description

Orkney Islands Council has a requirement for specialist Landscape and Visual Assessment (LVIA) advisors to support the appraisal and assessment of a wide range of development projects, polices or proposals including EIA development projects.

Total Quantity or Scope

We are looking to appoint qualified Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment specialists to support assessment of relevant planning applications and provide specialist advice to the Council on any relevant LVIA matters including policy and Local Development Plan work. This work is expected to primarily focus on the appraisal of Landscape and Visual assessment chapters within relevant Environmental Reports.

Renewal Options

Initial term of 3 years with 2 x 12 month extensions available (extensions subject to continued availability of funds).
