Renfrewshire Council are seeking a highly experienced and established creative company to develop and deliver lighting and projections as part of the town centre animation for Paisley Halloween Festival which takes place on on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th October 2026, and Friday 29th and Saturday 30th October 2027 (with the option of adding year 3 on 27/28 October 2028).

Total Quantity or Scope

Renfrewshire Council are seeking a highly experienced and established creative company to develop and deliver creative lighting and projections as part of the town centre animation for Paisley Halloween Festival on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th October 2026, and Friday 29th and Saturday 30th October 2027 (with the option of adding year 3 on 27/28 October 2028). The Council intends to publish the tender documents via Public Contracts Scotland Tender Portal week commencing 12 January 2026.
